About Prosper

Homes that are Adaptive, Thoughtful, Co-Created

About Prosper

After more than 20 years delivering some of Sydney’s best-loved residential buildings as CEO of Growthbuilt, I founded Prosper to pursue something more personal, creating homes that genuinely feel like home.

Set at the northern gateway to Crows Nest village, KORA is bathed in northern sun, nestled between peaceful, tree-lined residential streets and the vibrant village energy. It’s the best of both worlds, only 100 metres from Coles and a short walk
to the newly-opened Crows Nest Metro Station.

That’s what Prosper is all about: certainty, quality, and craft. No shortcuts, just homes built the way they should be.

PROSPER COLLECTION

With three decades of experience, the team at Prosper brings more than just expertise to the table. They provide a genuine understanding of the people, families, and communities they’re building for.

Founded by Growthbuilt, Prosper is committed to
certainty, quality and craft creating a selection and
individually curated series of properties know as
the Prosper Collection — where assurance, intention,
and an elevated experience are obtainable.

Prosper approaches each build as a legacy, paying
close attention to detail, form, and integrity of materials.
The result is a collection of residences that allow
craftsmanship to be seen, felt, and experienced.
